Returns Policy
All orders are custom built and final. Returns are not accepted.
If you receive the wrong item or there is an error on our part with your order, we will correct the issue and ship out the corrected order. Returns due to order selection mistakes on the customer's part will not be accepted.
All boards are shipped with $400 insurance. Orders that arrive with obvious damage from shipping, need to be reported to us as soon as possible. Prior to opening the package, take pictures of the damaged packaging, and then open the package to see if there is any actual damage to your boards. If there is, take pictures of the damage and email all pictures, a description of the damage, and your order number to info@contagiouscornhole.com. Any items damaged from shipping, will be replaced.
Shipping
Due to the logistics and size of our products, we can only ship orders within the United States.
During checkout you can opt to pick your order up from us directly, which will save you from paying shipping costs, or it can be shipped by selecting FedEx Home Delivery. If you opt to pick up your order from us at our location, the complete pick up address will be emailed to you when your order is ready for pick up. If you select FedEx Home Delivery, tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. Shipping rates are determined by FedEx, based on weight, package dimensions, and delivery location.
All orders are built to order. This means all cornhole boards are custom built after your place your order. Unless your order a set of boards from the Shipping Now section, all boards are custom built based on your order selections. Boards in the Shipping Now section will ship out within 2 business days. All other custom built orders have a 3 week lead time.
