When will my order ship?
Other than items in the Shipping Now section, all orders are custom built to order with a current lead time of 3 weeks. You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information once your order is ready to ship.
Can I pick my order up?
Yes. During checkout, under shipping, you can select Pick Up Locally. When your order is ready, the complete address for pick up will be emailed to you.
Which type of board should I order?
Both our Pro Classic and Pro Modern boards are made to play traditional cornhole. There is no difference in functionality. Which type to select is nothing more than your own personal preference.
How are boards clear coated?
Boards that are clear coated have 3 coats of exterior polyurethane applied to all surface areas.
Does clear coating make the boards waterproof?
No. Clear coating will help protect your boards from moisture, but it will not fully waterproof them.
How are the wraps applied?
After the boards are built, the playing surface is sanded to nearly glass smooth. Then the wrap is applied. And then lastly 3 coats of clear coat are applied.
How durable are the wraps?
As mentioned above, the wraps are protected by 3 layers of clear coat. And the wraps themselves are made to handle normal bag play landing on them. Care must be taken to not scratch the playing surface. As long as only cornhole bags are landing on the playing surface, the wrap should last a lifetime.
How can I keep my boards looking new and last a lifetime?
Keep your boards dry. Do not leave them outdoors over night as condensation will sit on them all night. Keep them out of the rain and snow. Store them in a dry environment, preferably indoors, garage, etc. Do not stand on your boards. When moving them or transporting them, take care not to bang them around or scratch them. Bags also need to be kept dry and stored in a dry environment.
What is the 1-year limited warranty?
We will warranty your boards for 1-year from failures in the wood, the construction, the clear coating, and wrap. We will not warranty layer separation in the birch plywood or baltic birch, as this is caused by excessive exposure to moisture - it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their boards remain dry at all times. The bags are also warrantied for 1-year from failure in the stitching.
